Some people have started asking good questions about the Norway Spiral. I for one honestly don't have a clue what it is? Do you?

It is nice to live in an era of instant global communication. If something like this had happened 100 years ago, you would never had heard or seen anything about it...and if you did hear some 'story' about this, you wouldn't believe it!

So what is it? Some say HAARP. Before you scoff and say HAARP isn't real take a look at the U.S. NAVY and some of there work on this concept:
